- In order to protect our community we are seeing patients strictly by appointment only.
- We are NOT an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency contact the ambulance service by dialling 999 and do NOT delay medical care which might be life saving.
- In order to make an appointment call the surgery on: 074-91-36527 or 074-91-38388
- We are experiencing an unprecedented level of calls at present so please be patient.
- If you have a routine query please try to ring between 3pm-5pm. The phones tend to be quieter at these times.
- In line with national policy we are trying to deal with most queries by phone. This is in an attempt to limit the spread of the COVID 19 virus.
- In certain situations we will require to see you in person. Please ring in advance to make an appointment.
- We are operating a strict one-in-one-out policy in the surgery to prevent infection spread. You will be given an appointment time by phone. When you arrive for your appointment please either call to inform us you are outside or knock on the window and we will open the door.
- In line with government guidance you MUST wear a suitable face covering while inside the practice premises.
- Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand on our services we are not in a position to provide care for visitors/tourists at this time. If you are visiting the area please contact your own GP or use the local emergency department in cases of emergency.
- While you may find these new policies inconvenient, they are in place to try and best protect our community as a whole. We ALL have a roll to play. Visit: https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/coronavirus.html to see what you can do to help us beat COVID 19!
